You want the day-boat deck and a transom you can service anywhere, without giving up a berth and a private head. That is Tiara's Luxury Sport class - five boats, from the 35 LS at 35' 9" to the 56 LS at 56' 2".
Tiara describes the LS as the first boats it designed specifically around outboard propulsion, and the line still reads that way: customisable cockpits, social zones you can reach without climbing over anyone, and accommodation that supports the day rather than defining the boat.
Power steps rather than climbs smoothly - twin Verado V10s on the 35, twin 600 V12s on the 39 and 43, triples on the 46 and four of them on the 56 - and fuel runs from 400 gallons to 1,000.

Moving Up the LS Series
35 LS - 35' 9" overall with the integrated platform, 11' 6" beam, 3' 4" draft, 16,000 lbs dry, 410 gallons, 22 degrees of deadrise. Tiara offers two Mercury packages, Verado V10 outboards at 350 or 425 hp; on its own test of the twin 425 boat it ran 50.3 mph at 6,374 rpm and reached 30 mph from idle in 11.4 seconds. Optimum cruise is 33.3 mph for 351 statute miles or 38.4 mph for 322. Below deck, forward seating converts to a queen berth beside a private head.
39 LS - 39' 6", 12' 6" beam, 3' 5" draft, 21,339 lbs dry, 500 gallons, 21 degrees of deadrise, on twin Mercury 600 V12 Verados. 54.0 mph at 6,146 rpm; optimum cruise 35.5 mph for 312 statute miles or 42.4 mph for 330, so the faster setting is also the longer-legged one. This is where the line picks up the fold-out portside terrace and a starboard boarding door, with a forward queen berth and a convertible mid cabin below.
43 LS - 43' 6", 13' 0" beam, 3' 5" draft, 22,400 lbs dry, 400 gallons, still on twin 600 V12s and the quickest of the twin-engine LS boats: 54.2 mph at 6,055 rpm and zero to 30 in 10 seconds. Optimum cruise is 43.9 mph for 253 statute miles. Four sleep below; above, the Adventure Module turns the cockpit into a fishing deck.
46 LS - 46' 6", 13' 9" beam, 4' 3" draft, 27,500 lbs dry, 660 gallons, and the step up to triple 600 V12s. 59.0 mph at 6,245 rpm, the fastest figure in the line; optimum cruise 41.1 mph for 333 statute miles or 47.1 mph for 336, on 74.0 and 83.9 gallons an hour against 148.6 wide open. Sliding glass doors close the cockpit off when the weather turns, and a forward berth, a mid-cabin stateroom and a head sit below.
56 LS - 56' 2", 16' 0" beam, 4' 0" draft, 39,600 lbs dry, 1,000 gallons, four Mercury 600 V12s for 2,400 hp, and Tiara's largest outboard boat. 54.4 mph at 6,000 rpm; optimum cruise 33.6 mph on 92.8 gallons an hour or 44.4 mph on 127.7, for 326 and 313 statute miles. Pilot house doors port and starboard put the driver a step from the side deck, and the two staterooms below each have their own head.
Our Take
Buyers walk into the LS line asking which one is bigger. The better question is which one is right for how far you actually go, because the range figures do not climb with the boats.
Look at the arithmetic. The 46 LS carries 660 gallons and gets 336 statute miles out of them at a 47.1 mph cruise. The 56 LS carries 1,000 - half as much again - and gets 326 at 33.6 mph. Four 600-horsepower V12s cost what they cost, and the big tank on the 56 exists to make that power usable rather than to send the boat further. If a long leg at a fast cruise is what you are buying, the 46 is the boat, and it is also the quickest thing in the line at 59.0 mph.
Then look at the other end. The 43 LS is the one I would push hardest for a particular kind of owner. It does 54.2 mph and zero to thirty in ten seconds on two engines rather than three, four people sleep below, and the Adventure Module turns the cockpit into a fishing deck for the mornings you want that. Its 400-gallon tank is the smallest in the line and it is part of why the boat is quick - it is not carrying weight it never uses.
The one decision I would not let anyone else make for you is LS against LE at 39 and 43 feet. Same length, same beam, same deadrise, entirely different boat: the LS keeps the volume on deck with the walk-around and the terrace, the LE puts it below in staterooms and a galley. Sit in both on the same afternoon.
Whatever you shortlist, get observed burn at your intended rpm in writing at sea trial and work your own numbers off the tank on that hull.
