The ULTIMA 111 is not a current Sunreef. The yard's page for it now redirects to the Sunreef Yachts homepage, and the model does not appear on the ULTIMA range page, in the mega-menu that runs across all five Sunreef domains, or in the ULTIMA sitemap. The published range stops at the 88.
We keep this page because the boat was real, because our records carry a specification for it, and because retiring a page is not the same as pretending it never existed. But treat every figure here as our record rather than the yard's current position. If you want an ULTIMA at this size, the conversation to have with Sunreef is about a bespoke project, not this model.

The speed figures on this page — 22 knots maximum and 15 to 18 knots cruising — come from our own records and are the only speed figures anywhere in our Sunreef coverage. Sunreef publishes no speed figure for any current model in its range.

The recorded drivetrain is a twin hybrid diesel-electric package of 2 × 550 hp.
Interior & Accommodations
Our records give five cabins and five heads plus crew accommodation on a 36.2 m hull with an 11.3 m beam.
As with every Sunreef, any hull actually built would have been drawn to its owner's brief, so a general arrangement recorded here would not necessarily match a delivered boat.
These figures are not currently confirmed by the shipyard.
Market Position
At 36 m the ULTIMA 111 would have sat above the ULTIMA 88 and alongside Sunreef's bespoke superyacht projects — the 37M, the 43M and the 49M Sunreef Power — rather than inside the production ranges.
Sunreef's current published lineup handles that size band through those bespoke projects instead. If you want a Sunreef multihull above the 88 or the 100 Sunreef Power today, that is the route the yard offers.
The withdrawal of the 111 does not appear to have left a gap so much as consolidated one.
Who the ULTIMA 111 Is For
There is nothing to buy here today. Sunreef does not currently offer the ULTIMA 111, and this page exists as a record rather than as a recommendation.
