Dock & Dine in Victoria
Victoria is a walk-up harbour rather than a dock-and-dine one, and the working instruction is the simple one: berth at Wharf Street or Ship Point, and walk. Everything downtown sits within a few hundred metres of the Inner Harbour causeway.
The Flying Otter Grill is at 950 Wharf Street, on the Inner Harbour itself, and is reached from a berth on foot. Boom + Batten is the restaurant at Victoria International Marina, where the moorage belongs to the marina rather than the restaurant — book the berth, then walk up. Marina Dockside Eatery works the same way: its host marina publishes guest moorage at $2.15 per foot per day, and the tie-up is a marina booking.
Fisherman's Wharf — the place everyone assumes is the dock-and-dine — carries no transient moorage. Its 33 berths are designated for floating residences, so Barb's Fish & Chips and the rest of the float are a walk or a dinghy ride, not a tie-up.

Dockage notes are what each restaurant publishes on its own site — space is first-come and dinner-hour rafting is real, so hail ahead. Where a venue states nothing about docking, we say so rather than guess.
