Dock & Dine in Jupiter & Tequesta
Jupiter eats where it boats: the inlet's south shore is a row of docks and kitchens, and the Riverwalk was built with day slips in front of the tables. The stops below carry each venue's own published welcome.
Love Street and the inlet — dock where the bar traffic runs
U-Tiki Beach owns the plainest invitation on the inlet — transient slips at its own 60-slip Jupiter Inlet Marina for boaters dining there or at Jetty's next door, with Rec 90 and diesel on the same docks and the lighthouse filling the view. Across the water on Love Street, the Square Grouper pairs its tiki bar with Castaways Marina's first-come public slips and fuel, and the Charlie & Joe's complex — Lucky Shuck and The Beacon — stands directly opposite the lighthouse; neither publishes patron dockage, so check local dockage options and use Castaways' public slips a short walk up the street.
The Riverwalk — the day-dock circuit
The Town of Jupiter put free first-come day docks on the Riverwalk, and the restaurants grew around them. Dive Bar's patio overlooks the public docks at the Jupiter Yacht Club frontage — join us by boat, in its own words. Under the Indiantown Road bridge, Harbourside Place keeps its public slips open 8 a.m. to midnight for Calaveras Cantina and the rest of the district. And 1000 North at the Loxahatchee confluence says it simply: arrive by boat or car.
The bridges bowl and the Sound
Guanabanas is the local rite of passage — 13 slips of its own on the ICW, reached under two fixed bridges at 12.5 feet of clearance at high tide, which keeps the flybridges out and the center consoles happy. North on the Tequesta ICW, Tiki 52 shares the Blowing Rocks Marina property with the fuel dock, and Blue Pointe Bar & Grill stages live music five nights a week as the last waterfront stop before Hobe Sound — check local dockage options, with Blowing Rocks' transient slips up the same stretch of Federal Highway.
Before you go
The inlet is the gatekeeper: the Coast Pilot rates it hazardous without local knowledge, currents run to 6 knots, and the District's live camera is the honest pre-check before any dinner run through the mouth. Inside, the day docks close on schedules — Harbourside at midnight — and summer weekends fill the Love Street slips early. Bigger plans than dinner?
