Dock & Dine in Ibiza & Formentera
On this run the restaurant comes to you: Juan y Andrea keeps a tender on VHF 74 for the boats off Ses Illetes, and Es Molí de Sal says it plainly on its own site — anchor in front, and we come to pick you up. That is the Formentera lunch run, and it is the single best argument for owning a boat in this market.
Ses Illetes — the crossing that made the market
Cross from the Port of Eivissa, take a buoy at s'Espalmador or find sand off Es Trucadors, and the beach does the rest. Juan y Andrea is the classic — its boat-service page gives the coordinates, the tender channel and the booking line. Es Molí de Sal, the restored salt mill above the beach, collects you from your own hook. On the Es Pujols side, Chezz Gerdi is the circuit's other Formentera name — its site is silent on boat access, so check local dockage options from La Savina. Remember whose water this is: park rules, sand only.
The south coast — Jondal and Porroig
Blue Marlin Ibiza confirms its boat and dinghy service on its own FAQ — reserve it in advance, and expect company, because the Jondal anchorage fills hard in season. Casa Jondal shares the bay: the hardest table on the boat circuit, with no boat statement of its own — check local dockage options and book before you cast off. One headland west, in the quiet of Porroig, Es Torrent publishes its own GPS position and runs an auxiliary boat between anchored yachts and the table — the anti-scene lunch, April 24 to October 25 in 2026.
Town and the north
Lío faces Dalt Vila from the Marina Ibiza waterfront — dinner and the show with no tender involved; a Marina Ibiza berth on VHF 9 puts you at the door. On the north coast, Port Balansat has fronted the Port de Sant Miquel beach since 1971 — the fish lunch of a north-coast day. And El Chiringuito at Cala Gracioneta, kitchen 12:30 to 20:30, closes a Sant Antoni day a few minutes from Es Nàutic's moorings.
