Dock & Dine in Nassau & Paradise Island
Nassau's dock-and-dine answer has one structural difference from the rest of the country's: here the marinas are the destinations.
The Marina at Atlantis publishes onboard customs and immigration clearance, 63 mega-yacht slips and a resort built around the basin. You do not tie up at a restaurant here; you tie up at a resort and the restaurants are inside it. That is a dining plan with a published berth attached.
Albany publishes a marina with a restaurant and groceries on the property, outside the harbour and away from the crowds. For an owner who wants the boat somewhere quiet and the provisioning solved, that is the trade.
Beyond the two resort marinas, dining in Nassau works the way it does in any capital city: you berth, then you walk or take a car. The harbour is a working commercial one — the cruise berths, the mailboats and the tugs are the traffic — so a tender left unattended at a public wall is not a plan.
