Dock & Dine in Bellingham
Dining in Bellingham works from a berth rather than a guest dock.
Nicki's Bella Marina is the exception, and it says so in its own words: "We have short term parking for your pleasure craft right in front of our outdoor deck."
Everything else is a walk in from your berth. Anthony's at Bellingham sits inside Squalicum Harbour. The Hotel Bellwether's 220-foot dock is hotel moorage booked through the front desk rather than restaurant dockage. Packers Kitchen is "just steps from the pier" in Blaine, where the marina alongside takes advance reservations and keeps no guest dock — so arrive on a berth rather than at the door. Drayton Harbor Oyster Co. is the same arrangement.
So the workable version in Bellingham is berth-and-walk, and Squalicum is well placed for it. Visitor side-tie at Gates 3, 9 and 12 costs $1.25 per foot per night with a three-night maximum, and you register within the hour. From there the harbour's own restaurants are a short walk, and Zuanich Point Park is next door.
