Dock & Dine in Anacortes & the San Juan Islands
One venue in this market states a moorage arrangement outright, and it is on the Anacortes side.
Anthony's at Cap Sante: "Guest moorage is available through the Port of Anacortes Cap Sante Marina while dining at Anthony's at Cap Sante." Note what that actually says — the moorage is the Port's, arranged through the marina, so book it there and walk to dinner.
Roche Harbor works the other way round: moorage first, dinner second. The restaurants sit inside the resort at the head of a 425-slip marina taking vessels to 200 feet plus, and the marina pages are where the arrival details live. Book the slip, then walk up.
Deer Harbor Marina on Orcas describes "a full service grocery store and restaurant" alongside its 110-foot side ties — moor, provision and eat without leaving the dock.
So the practical shape of dining here is the island one: take a slip at Friday Harbor, Roche Harbor or Deer Harbor and walk. Friday Harbor puts the whole town at the top of the ramp; Roche Harbor is a resort you moor inside of. Neither is dock-and-dine in the Florida sense.
