The Freedom 325 is what happens when a builder stops chasing trends and focuses on solving problems. The SeaV2 hull is 30 years of iterative refinement, and it shows. This boat does not ride soft. It rides right. The AV2 hardtop is the best weather protection system in the dual console category, and the electromechanically extendable seating is the kind of engineering that separates Grady White from the pack. Build quality is exceptional. Fit and finish are yacht-grade. This is a boat that will still feel tight in year ten.

This boat is for the owner who wants one platform that does everything well. It is not for the buyer who prioritizes top speed, the angler who needs a 50-gallon livewell, or the cruiser who wants a full galley. The Freedom 325 is a compromise in the best sense: it gives up the extremes to own the middle. If you fish 40 percent of the time and cruise 60 percent, or vice versa, this is your boat. If you do one thing 90 percent of the time, look elsewhere.

Resale on Grady White dual consoles is strong, but the 325 Freedom holds value better than most because it appeals to a broad buyer base. Maintenance costs are predictable. Yamaha outboards are expensive to service but reliable. The hull is hand-laid fiberglass with composite stringers, so you are not dealing with wood rot or delamination issues down the line. Expect this boat to run 1,500 to 2,000 hours before major systems need attention. That is 15 to 20 years for most owners. Buy it right, maintain it properly, and you will get your money back when it is time to move up.
