Ferretti 670 Review: The Flybridge Built for Real Cruising

Fast enough to outrun weather. Spacious enough to host without crew. Efficient enough to make the Bahamas without fuel anxiety. This is the 67-footer for owners who actually use the boat.

The 670 is one of the more honest boats in Ferretti’s lineup. The build quality is consistent with what you’d expect at this price point—solid laminate work, clean gelcoat, and systems that are accessible for service. The MAN engines are proven and the Seakeeper integration is done correctly, which matters more than most buyers realize. The redesigned glass isn’t just aesthetic. It solves a real problem with the previous generation, which felt darker belowdecks than it should have.

This boat makes sense for the owner who’s been running 50-footers and knows they need more space but doesn’t want to jump to a 75-footer that requires permanent crew. It’s manageable solo if you’re experienced, but it’s also large enough that you won’t feel cramped hosting six guests for a long weekend. The owner-operator who runs 80 to 100 days a year will get more value out of this boat than someone who uses it twice a month. It’s built to be used, not stored.

Resale will depend on options and maintenance records. The boats with the 1,200 hp engines, Seakeeper, and tropical air will hold value better than base models. Ferretti’s service network in South Florida is strong, which matters when you’re looking at $20,000 annual maintenance budgets. The 670 isn’t the cheapest boat to own in this class, but it’s also not the most expensive. It sits in the middle, which is where most buyers in this segment should be looking anyway.
