The GTX116 is Pershing’s most complete yacht to date. The build quality is consistent with what we’ve seen from the Ferretti Group’s Mondolfo facility, with carbon-reinforced GRP construction and systems integration that reflects serious engineering. The triple waterjet setup is the right call for this application. You get the shallow draft, the tight handling, and the joystick control that makes a 115-footer feel manageable. The engine room is tight around the outboard motors, but it’s serviceable, and the crew access is logical. The transformer platform and beach club are not gimmicks. They fundamentally change how you use the boat.

This boat is for owners who value speed and space equally and understand the trade-offs. If you run your yacht hard, make frequent trips between destinations 200 to 400 miles apart, and entertain regularly, the GTX116 delivers. If you’re planning to cross oceans, anchor for weeks at a time, or prioritize fuel economy, you’ll be better served by a displacement hull with more tankage. The GTX116 is purpose-built for fast, frequent use in coastal and island-hopping environments. It’s not trying to be everything to everyone.

Resale on Pershings in this size range has historically been strong, particularly for well-maintained examples with low hours. The GTX series is new, so we don’t have long-term data yet, but early interest suggests demand will hold. Maintenance costs are predictable if you stay on top of the service intervals. The MAN engines are proven, the waterjets are reliable, and the Ferretti Group’s dealer network provides solid support. Budget ,000 to .2 million annually for full crew operation, or half that if you’re owner-operating with part-time help. This is a serious yacht for serious use.
