Layout and Accommodation

The aft cockpit is arranged as several distinct living areas rather than one bench, and it will seat up to ten people at a large table without anyone climbing over anyone. From there the cockpit extends onto a large aft terrace flush with the saloon sole, so there is no step change between the two spaces — which is exactly what you want when you are carrying plates in one hand and a toddler in the other.

The four-cabin-only configuration is the headline constraint. There is no owner's version of the Millenium, so if a private hull is non-negotiable for you, look at another model in the range instead of trying to make this one fit.
Fresh water at 79 gal (300 L) on a boat rated for twelve berths is the number that will shape your cruising. A watermaker is not a luxury item on this boat if you plan to be away from a dock for more than a few days — treat it as part of the specification rather than an upgrade.
The 25'2" beam is generous, and generous beam means calling ahead. Plenty of marinas can take her; not all of them can take her on a summer weekend without notice.
